  6. With this script, you can easily use Altavista's Babelfish translating
  7. service within AmIRC or Shell. I wrote this script because babel.amirx
  8. that comes with AmIRC doesn't work anymore..

  10. The Vaporware team may distribute this in AmIRC if they wish.

  12. It was a major pain to write, because of the fact that babelfish has
  13. many ways of displaying the translated text, so i hope someone finds
  14. this of good use.

  18. Type /rx babelfish and /rx babelfish2 for Usage instructions.

  22. - Added algorithm for foreign characters.
  23.   For example, ÃŸ is now replaced with ß.
  24.   Will translate a lot more correctly now.
  25.   Currently only applied to en_<anything>.

  27. - When auto translating, the nickname is no longer
  28.   actually sent to the server, and «Language» is now
  29.   replaced by the nickname.
